Chloe Sevigny and Lookbook

So, today while I was (cue air quotation marks) "working"in the school computer lab, I stumbled upon the Chloe Sevigny for O.C. Resort 2011 Collection. Wow. Just wow. If I had any of these pieces in my wardrobe, I would wear every single one. And the location for the lookbook makes it that much more amazing. Here are some of my favorite looks:

These days, I'm constantly gazing at Danny Roberts' artwork. A good portion of his artwork is fashion-related and they are absolutely stunning. I thought I must share some of my favorites.

Did you know that he's making a shirt collection for Forever 21? Well, maybe I'll take an eight hour drive to Forever 21. Or, you know, maybe not. A girl can dream, though.

Oh, Nylon. How I Love Thee.

Well, somebody's rediscovering their love for NYLON magazine. I don't know what it is about it, but it's just so fun in a "you might not think so, but I'm the coolest fashion magazine" kind of way. And that probably made no sense to you at all, but whatever. NYLON has so much color in their pages and in the clothing they use, and I need that, because without color, fashion would be nothing to me. I sometimes try to make myself like a collection that only has black garments, but I can never bring myself to like it. And I'm not saying that I don't like black pieces, because I do. I'm just saying that a whole collection of black can bore me to tears. Even a whole collection of yellow could bore me to tears. I just need colors. Colors. Plural. Maybe it's because I'm young (EHMAGAWSH, MOMMY! RAINBOWS AND UNICORNS!). And now I shall stop talking about this, because now I'm boring you to tears. Strawberries and Shoes

It is so gorgeous outside these days. Not hot, but definitely not cold. Perfect for eating supper out on the deck. Here's a pair of Aldo gladiators I bought yesterday, when I went to the city. They're Aldo Kids, because my feet are way tiny.
